- Description
- Bill Cooper, one time news director for KPCC (mid 1970's) in profile standing at a printer that is over three feet in height. He is holding up the top of a length of continuous feed paper. A large speaker is mounted on the wall, shown just above the Bill's head. On a bulletin board behind the printer, a sheet of paper titled "EBS" (likely "Emergency Broadcast System") is posted. Below the title, the words "Emergency Action Notification" can be seen. This photo was likely taken in a room associated with the radio station -- a small 89.3 FM sticker can be seen on the seat of what appears to be a stool; and a reel-to-reel tape player is in the foreground.; [written in pencil] Buckhorn [?] -- back of photo;
